KAIZEN ACTIVITY 1 - CASE STUDY 

As part of our ongoing Kaizen activities , We are pleased to mention the successful first intervention in December 2014 , when we came to know of the visit of Mr.Bosco Furtado , Training Manager of the Taj Group of Hotels from India visiting Zambia . Taj Pamodzi was kind to provide space and time of Mr.Bosco who showcased a case study of the Mumbai Dabbawallahs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N25inoCea24   discussed on the Six sigma quality levels exhibited by the non - qualified workers through sheer commitment . 

It was attended by representatives from the Industry , Government , KIZ and JICA and the audience asked questions on the model followed by Dhabbawallas .
